slow service limited towels

The room service was a real letdown. i waited a very long time for simple requests. furthermore, for a family of four, only two towels were initially provided. asking for extra towels seemed to cause some reluctance from the staff. It was strange. also, i found it odd that they closed the pool during rain, even though it rains often in this country. this was disappointing and unexpected. i felt the service fell short of expectations.

a tender experience

excellent lobby malaysian taste

The lobby setup impressed me and it gave a feeling of a resort right in the city. i found the indian and bakery sections particularly excellent. The indian food captured authentic malaysian tastes. the housekeeping team changed the bedsheets every day without me even asking, a gesture i appreciated!!!

all staff were very helpful and friendly, always eager to assist with any requests. the concierge team offered prompt and efficient assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements. their attentiveness contributed significantly to a seamless and enjoyable stay.

my room included a king-size bed, a work desk, and a seating area. i found complimentary bottled water restocked daily, ensuring constant hydration. the room also had blackout curtains.

a decent stay

staff friendliness breakfast variety bathroom cleanliness obstructed view first floor room equality

I appreciated the staff friendliness. They were always smiling and ready to greet guests. breakfast met my expectations with a decent variety. also, i found the room cleanliness to be good, particularly in the bathroom.

I was disappointed to find that the superior city view room i booked was on the first floor. a tree obstructed much of the view from my window. also i dont think this was a superior room, as my mum's standard room seemed identical. The only difference was the bed configuration.
